WOT (Web of Trust) Plugin added to IssViews Blog

Some of you reading this blog will come across a few links which contain WOT reputation symbols (doughnuts) to posts and comments keeping you, the readers, safe from any untrustworthy external links, not that I would allow this to happen although sites do get hacked and mistakes can happen.
